Cake - Indonesian Cheesecake Attempt No. 2

Yaayyy... I think I got it right this time...
It tastes just nice...
And this time, I spread the cream cheese before I cut the cake into 25 pieces.

I tried my best no to have them, I only tasted the corner parts :-)

Yeaaa... I'm turning 25 today....

I've just realized, it's actually a significant number :-) Should party....

So, what did I do?

Umm, not much... Hehehe...

I cooked dinner, got this recipe from taste.com.au, Asian braised fish with bok coy...

It turned out quite decent, edible, hehehe...

NOW, The Cake: Cheesecake Brownies... Can you imagine that? Brownies and Cheesecake in one bite... Heavenly...

The appearance is a bit funny, didn't know how to make the swirl effect... so, the cheesecake part sort of gather on the top bit and corners....

Cheese and cake, combined together... Heaven...

I attempted to bake this cake for my friend's celebration party.

It didn't came out as moist as I wanted. (Have to try again... who wants to be my tester?)
