Project Gabriel - Twelve Days of Christmas
This is another project I finished a few years ago, but haven't got any clue what to do with it.
:-)
Since my mum is here, I asked her to sew up the border to be hung up for decoration.
Thanks a bunch Mum... :-)

Project Gabriel - Not-so-little Rudolph
The initial plan was to make the complete set of Santa's reindeers.
I didn't realize that the pattern was for a 16cm tall reindeer. D'oh...
So I ended up with only 1 reindeer... the most famous of them all? Rudolph :-)
He's sitting next to my Eeyores underneath the Christmas tree.

Project Gabriel - Star Pot Holder
Hello all!! It's been a while since I updated my blog. I truly apologize for that.
I've been busy with the cross stitch project that I'm working on at the moment, which I will put on a separate update.
This one is for a pair of pot holder that I knitted in Garn Studio Eskimo yarn.
They will be felted tomorrow morning. *fingers crossed*

Knitting - Baby Snow Boots
They're not an actual pair of snow boots of course. :-)
Just look like one.
Knitted them in a spare yarn of Wendy Peter Pan in a beautiful colour:

Surprisingly, it was completed in 1 day only, the whole day to be precise.
Afterall, that's what a lazy Saturday means for me.

Crochet - Summer Cardigan in Panda Magnum
Panda Magnum, I have a lot of this yarn. I've used them for the child cardigan last month and now I've made this cardigan for myself. And, I still have 1 ball of yarn left! I just can't get rid of them, can I? Hahaha... Have to think of what to make next with this yarn. *sigh*
Anyway, it didn't take me that long to make this, 5 days only.
Pattern is from Patons Summer Serenity book.
And finally, I got to buy the buttons that I've wanted for a looong time, so happy... :-)

Knitting - Summer Dress in Drops Safran and Peliza
I knitted this dress last winter, I guess it's ready for summer now...
The material is from Egyptian cotton, Drops Safran, with a touch of glittery yarn, Drops Peliza.
I remember it did took a while for me to knit the intarsia pattern, but who can give up when you know how it's going to turn out.
The dress is also a combination of knit and crochet, the crochet borders were made individually and then joined together.

The top of the dress is a lace pattern, love the colour...
I recalled it took me a few months to complete the dress. :-)

Knitting - Autumn Diamonds Jacket in Twilley's Freedom Spirit
This jacket is probably the most complicated project I've completed. The diamonds are knitted individually and picked up along the way. It took me 2 months to complete this jacket (and a few bruised fingers)
The original pattern is from Garn Studio, knitted in Muskat Soft (Egyptian cotton), but I changed it to Twilley's Freedom Spirit because I love the colour of the yarn.
The diamonds:
Unfortunately, the weather is getting warmer now, so, have to wait until winter next year to wear it. :-)
